To Our Valued Present and Future Customers,

The Starrex capital equipment expansion program has been completed and our production capacity has been tripled.  New kilns, mixing equipment and new a new computer system are all installed and running.  Because the new equipment either maintains or improves product quality and productivity, we sill provide the best quality at extremely competitive prices. We have added a new laboratory with two new scanning electron microscopes (SEM) and numerous other pieces of test equipment. The laboratory was built to maintain product quality, to support product development and to perform analysis on the customer's product.  The SEM and laboratory services are free to Starrex customers.

At Starrex, quality is our overriding concern.  Our superfinishing stones have consistently excelled under the most stringent conditions.  Starrex superfinishing stones are simply the best stones available on the market.  All Starrex stones are made with controlled structures.  The structure sets the cutting action of the stone. Once this is established, the hardness can be varied to optimize the life of the stone.  All of our new equipment was designed and built to maintain or improve our high quality controlled structure superfinishing stones.

We know who to thank for our success and because of this knowledge, we are fiercely loyal to our customers.  Starrex will stock stones at no extra charge to the customers.  On the basis, stones can be delivered in one day.  We simply ask the customer to use the existing stock if they want to change specifications.  Numerous emergency orders have been and will continue to be provided in five to ten working days.  We have special equipment set aside to make stones for rapid response.  There is no extra charge for our emergency service.  It is our pleasure to help whenever possible.

All Starrex superfinishing stones and wheel are made in the U.S.A.  Our highly trained personnel take great pride in their work and in our relationship with our customers.  As we continue our second decade or manufacturing, the future looks bright for continuing relationships with our existing customers and establishing relationships with new customers.
